Complaint Letter

Dear Sir,

I am disappointed with your service. My phone provider is the user X. I cut up to 10 000 pulses over on May 1, 2010, when I am not using these pulses. I have contacted the customer service and they just told me to use GPRS to open youtube moving pictures and download the application, although I did not do that. This complaint was also online via e-mail me to say as many as 3 times. They can only promise to investigate and restore the pulses in time 2 x 24 hours. But until now no news at all.
